Welcome to Detune ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Detune website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select.
At the end of each billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
Our Service allows you to upload, process, and download audio content ("Content"). You retain all rights to your Content, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your Content as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to process any audio material through our Service. We do not claim ownership over your Content.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You agree not to:
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Detune and its licensors.
The Detune name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Detune or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the Service interface.
In no event shall Detune, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
